Why serve anything less?
We use organic Jersey milk and cream in our gelato supplied by a local farmer in Somerset and fresh seasonal fruit in all our sorbetto. Only natural ingredients supplied by trusted producers make it into our flavours.
We then use traditional artisan techniques in production, using small batch freezers by passionate Italian chefs. The result — 26 Great Taste Gold Stars and a loyal customer base.
