The big news is that we’re soon moving to a bigger space in Selfridges!! We’ll have enough room to serve up exciting new flavours dreamt up by our Innovation Chef, Silvia. Top that with freshly made waffles, crepes and a post-shopping seating area to relax in.

At London ExCel’s Hotelympia from the 29 Feb – 3 March our Head Chef Paolo showcases the magic of our Great Taste Supreme Champion, Raspberry Sorbetto – courtesy of gelato machine whizzes Carpigiani.
Joining him are great names including Larry Jayasekara from Gordon Ramsey’s Michelin-starred restaurant Petrus, Guy Betteridge from Gordon Ramsey’s Bread Street Kitchen and Josh Eggleton, chef patron of Michelin-starred The Pony & Trap. Our tastebuds are tingling.
